And that's, Who We Are! It was the final days of learning about the human body and its systems. The students separated into their groups for one last big group effort. OMIKEN, Bones and Paprika finished off their big human body posters in their teams, adding their new knowledge and information onto their poster for everyone else to see. Aita, from Grade 6, asked to come and share his research presentation with the Grade 3s. The Grade 5s & 6s have been investigating contributions from the past that have helped develop modern day science. With that, Aita inquired into Christiaan Barnard who was a South African cardiac surgeon that performed the world's first human-to-human heart transplant operation. The Grade 3s found this particularly interesting because they were able to relate to the information he shared with them. Say, "FAECES!"
